I founded Josephine Ting Strategy & Management after getting sick and experiencing firsthand how fragmented, opaque, and misaligned the health and wellness industry can be—both for patients and practitioners.
As I healed and began working within the industry, I saw the same patterns repeat on the business side. Holistic health practitioners were being guided by marketing strategies that prioritized sales over ethics, speed over accuracy, and visibility over responsibility. When patients don’t come in because of the inauthentic messaging, it is the holistic health practitioners trying to help people that get hit the hardest. Many wellness brands didn’t fail because their work lacked value—they failed because their work was being represented in ways that were fundamentally misaligned.
What began as a way to support ethical, effective healing work has grown into a specialized practice serving holistic health and wellness brands globally.
